概觀:
Heading to the north of Chiang Mai some 65Km. Out into the jungle for three days and overnight in a black Lahu hill tribe village. With this extended trek you will really get the chance to enjoy the natural surroundings as well as get closer to the hill tribe people such as Black Lahu, Akha and more. After three days in the jungle enjoy elephant riding and you will have a chance to swim with the elephant too! and then take on the white water rapids of the Mae Tang River. This is an excellent trip to sample what Northern Thailand has to offer.

Day 1
• Depart Chiang Mai at 9:30a.m
• Drive 40 minutes to a local market.
• Drive a further 60 minutes to Shan village for lunch.
• After lunch trek 3 hours to the Black Lahu village.
• Spend the night in a local Black Lahu village.
Day2
• Full days trekking stopping off at a Karen village, waterfall for lunch and swimming.
• Trek to elephant camp. Elephant riding for 1 hour and swim with the elephant too!.
• Spend evening and night at camp by the river.
Day 3
• After breakfast walk to rafting camp.
• Raft along the Mae Tang River for 1 hour.
• Change to bamboo rafting for a further half hour.
• Lunch at Shan village.
• Visit Akha village by pick up truck.
• Return to Chiang Mai around 5pm.
*Timings are only approximate and will vary from day to day, depending on weather conditions pace of the trekking group etc.
Also an optional tour to visit Karen Long Neck hill tribe add 300 baht and you will return to Chiang Mai at 6pm.

Tour includes:
• Transportation by seated a pick-up truck (Song Taew) for round trip.

An English speaking tour guide (or other languages as requested) who is
experienced, friendly, knowledgeable and officially registered by the
Tourism Authority of Thailand.
• Local porters and guide helper from the village.
• 7 Thai local foods: Lunch on the first day and last day (Vegetarian food is available on your request).
• Accommodation on the trek with sleeping gears,
• Every activity on the trek.
• A small bag pack for trek on loan (Please request)

What to bring?
• Hiking shoes or sport shoes
• A few T-shirts

• Flash light with batteries

Baggage
We recommend you
to leave your baggage at your hotel/guest house if it is available or
at our office. The less baggage you carry with you, the more you will
enjoy the program.
